Each monthly session begins with a gentle meditation followed by practical exercises designed to help you strengthen your abilities. There’s often laughter and sometimes heartfelt tears as meaningful messages come through. It’s a powerful way to discover what you’re capable of and to continue expanding your skills. Regular participation is the key to deepen your skills, as consistent practice leads to real progress.
